No. A fare quote request doesn’t cost a single penny. However, your patience is what we humbly ask for. Due to the high demand of travel requests we have been receiving while assisting travelers with their urgent needs, it will sometimes take us time to respond to your fare quote requests.

Do you do group travel booking?

Group travellers are welcome to book with us. For travelers of 10 or more Contact Us to request for a Group Travel Request Form and we will be happy to assist you and provide you discounted fare.

What documents do I need for travel abroad?

All passengers traveling outside the US are required to have certain travel documents including: a valid passport, a round trip airline ticket or proof of onward travel (if required), a visa issued by some destination countries. Each passenger is responsible for obtaining the proper travel documents prior to purchasing airline tickets. Contact the destination country’s Consulate for details. The names on all travel documents (tickets, passports, visas) must identically match.

When must I arrive at the airport?

All passengers must be checked in at airports a minimum of two hours before departure on all domestic flights and three hours before departure for international flights.

Is there a fee for changing or canceling my flight?

If you wish to change or cancel your flight, you will need to contact us. Depending on the airline, you may be subject to fare increases and substantial service fees.

What are the seat options for Economy Class?

Choice Seats Extra Legroom

These seats are located at the exit rows or bulkhead/cabin divider and allow passengers more space to stretch and rest their legs.

Choice Seats Forward

These seats are in the front rows of the Economy cabin, except for seats at the exit rows or bulk heads. Passengers in Forward seats disembark the fastest and easiest.

*Please note that certain unavoidable circumstances such as but not limited to aircraft change, flight schedule or instances due to safety, security, and operational concerns may require us to change your seat.

Advance Aisle Seat Selection

All Aisle seats are paid, if you prefer to be seated on an Aisle seat but do not want to pay upon booking, you may try to request to be seated on the Aisle upon check in at the airpot on the day of travel but please note that there is no guarantee that you will be given the seat you prefer nor be seated next to family and friends that you are traveling with.

I am a senior passenger and require the use of a wheelchair. Do I have to pay for Choice Seats?

Choice Seats Extra Legroom and Forward are reserved only for paying passengers and passengers requiring the following special assistance:

• Passengers unable to travel unaided, with very limited or no mobility in the cabin
• Passengers travelling with a service animal
• Passengers needing assistance throughout the flight and traveling with a personal companion. The companion will be provided an adjacent seat.
• Blind or vision-impaired and hearing-impaired passenger

Otherwise, we may secure a Choice Seat for you upon payment of the corresponding fee.
